QA Lead

QA Lead TCSQA Lead TCS -40/hr on W2 Hybrid to Hartford, CTQA lead with 10+ years of testing experience, with 5+ years' experience leading and representing QA for multiple scrum teams. Experience in Agile with preferred experience in SAFe methodology.Good communication and collaborative skillsExperience working in onshore/offshore support model collaborating work with offshore teams.Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to motivate and inspire team members, delegate tasks effectively, and resolve conflictsUnderstand AI concepts and the non-deterministic nature of testing. Experience using AI tools and models for testingExperience in Salesforce software quality assurance starting from planning to executionHealth Care experience - preferredRoles & Responsibilities· Partner with product and business stakeholders to understand business requirements.· Collaborate with developers to test and verify that solutions will meet the business requirements.· Defining testing strategies for AI agents, determining success and accuracy rates, Managing the QA team, play a key role in test planning, execution, and reporting,· Communicating testing progress, results, and risks to relevant stakeholders· Working closely with other teams within the Agile train, including development, product management, and operations· Assisting the team in troubleshooting technical issues related to testing.
