Job Details Job Location: 950 HART RD - BATAVIA, IL 60510 Salary Range: $14.33 - $15.91 Hourly Employment Status: Temporary Part-Time, Non-exempt Reports to: Nursery Coordinator; Director of Family Ministry Primary Function: The Nursery Worker serves Immanuel Lutheran Church and School (ILCS) by providing childcare during worship services and other events. Primary Responsibilities: Act as a Christian role model for all school and church workers, volunteers, students, and families, sharing the Gospel of Jesus as Savior and Friend Embrace, support and participate in the team ministry of ILCS Provide childcare Ensure safety of nursery equipment and spaces Other duties as requested Travel: None. Compensation and Benefits: $14.33 per hour for minors; $15.91 per hour for adults; For general information about benefits provided for ILCS employees, please refer to the staff handbook. Qualifications Being an active member of ILCS or willingness to become an active member is preferred Embrace the mission and ministry of ILCS Be at least 15 years old (Any person under the age of 16 must provide an employment certificate.)
