Job Description:About:Schedules are flexible and open for negotiations! Rotating Saturdays from 8-12 is possible in the future, as we have found that adding Saturday hours is a WONDERFUL service to the community and would like to gradually do that. We do offer evening hours as well, so lots of room for flexible schedules.No hospital call whatsoeverCurrently, call is equally split between three PediatriciansMinimum averaging 20 patients per day. But needs to have the willingness and ability to see 25 per dayWe currently have one Pediatrician and three Nurse Practitioners on staff. Each provider has their own MA- in the process of hiring a floater. Four receptionists. An office manager that oversees day-to-day operations of the practice.$220k Base salary - Base salary is guaranteed. Our bonus structure is production based and comes into play when provider is seeing, on average, more than 25 patients per dayFamily health, dental, and vision insurance paid; 401 K with 4% match by employer; Malpractice insurance and license renewal paid; 6.5 paid holidays, $2500 CME Stipend, and 18 paid days off that can be used for vacation and CMESign-on bonus of $20k.
