Private client appointments (one dog at a time) No cages or crates Private grooming suite Electric table with H grooming arm Grooming tub with ramp and door Qualifications: Previous grooming experience of 1 year or more with examples of your work Passion for working with dogs (we do have some cat clients) Ability to interact with animals in a calm, non-threatening manner Good communication skills with clients over the phone and in person Drive to continue learning and improving your craft Responsibilities: Greeting and checking out pet parents Bathing, grooming and nail trims Cleaning work areas and helping with common areas Keeping all animals safe by adhering to safety standards in place Job Information: Hourly and/or commission based pay depending on experience and skill level Schedule is M Th F and every other Saturday 8am-4pm with ability to increase with client base growth Job Type: Part-time Pay: $17.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week Benefits: Flexible schedule Professional development assistance Schedule: 8 hour shift Experience: Dog grooming: 1 year (Required) Work Location: In person
