Distribution Associate

Black Bear Talent is seeking seasonal dependable Distribution Associates to support daily warehouse operations. Multiple positions including picking, packing, receiving, and shipping. This role is responsible for ensuring materials and orders are handled accurately and efficiently to support on-time delivery. This position is a seasonal temp job. There may be some opportunities to go full-time but not guaranteed. Hours are Monday - Friday from 7:00AM - 3:30PM with a starting pay rate of $13.50 Responsibilities Pick and pack orders using pick lists Accurately enter order and inventory data into the ERP system Verify product quantities, item numbers, and order accuracy Prepare orders for shipment, including labeling and staging Inspect packages to ensure product integrity and proper labeling Receive inbound shipments and verify materials against packing slips Put away and organize received items in designated warehouse locations Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications Ability to work in a non-climate controlled environment Ability to stand, walk, and move for the majority of the shift Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Strong attention to detail and basic computer/data entry skills Warehouse, picking/packing, receiving, or shipping experience At Black Bear Talent we’re not just about filling a space.
