Job DescriptionMon-Fri; 8a-430pHome Visits TherapyHCHB charting for visitsPhysical therapists (PTs) evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with physical impairments, injuries, or disabilities. Using evidence-based practices to improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote physical well-being.Responsibilities:Conduct comprehensive physical examinationsAssess patient's movement patterns, strength, and range of motionDiagnose physical impairments and develop individualized treatment plansDesign and administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities (e.g., ultrasound, electrical stimulation)Educate patients on self-care strategies, home exercises, and injury preventionCollaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, nurses, and occupational therapistsMonitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as needed, and discharge patients when appropriateProvide patient education on health conditions, treatment options, and lifestyle modificationsQualifications:Master's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited programNational Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) licenseState-specific licensure requirementsRequirements1 year PT, home healthHCHB experienceBenefits
