Consumer Services Specialist
A company is looking for a Consumer Services Specialist (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound service center calls to answer bank-related questions and resolve customer issues
Engage in ongoing training and skill development through various learning methods
Meet performance metrics related to call quality, talk time, and cross-selling products
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of customer service or similar experience
Must be available to work M-F 7am-8pm CT and Saturdays 8am-5pm CT
Knowledge of basic banking products, including checking and credit accounts
Ability to manage multiple computer systems to access client information
