Outside Sales Representative
Ahearn Equipment INC. East Providence is seeking a motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Representative to join our team . In this role, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and achieving revenue targets through face-to-face sales presentations. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through various methods, including networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.- Conduct in-person meetings with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and present tailored solutions.- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations that effectively communicate the value of our products/services.- Relationship Building Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions to effectively position our offerings.- Maintain an organized sales pipeline using CRM software, track progress, and manage follow-ups.- Prepare detailed sales quotes and proposals, ensuring all client specifications are met.- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, customer service) to ensure client needs are met and to enhance overall customer experience.- Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales activities, pipeline status, and market trends.- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to overall sales growth initiatives. - Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to build rapport and trust with clients. - Excellent time management and organizational skills. - Proficiency with CRM software and sales analysis tools.-Ability to work independently, set goals, and manage time effectively.- Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and events.
