Education and Experience " Minimum of 5+ years of experience in retail, with a strong emphasis on experiential environments Experience within premium or luxury brands strongly preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities " Demonstrated entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to drive marketing initiatives and elevate customer engagement Effective team collaborator with strong active listening and responsive communication skills Ability to assess situations critically and implement thoughtful, solution-oriented responses Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Demonstrated commitment to compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards Exceptional interpersonal and organizational skills, with a high degree of attention to detail Proven ability to take direction while also operating independently with sound judgment Positive, professional demeanor with excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong service orientation, with a commitment to delivering elevated, personalized guest experiences High level of integrity and professionalism in all customer-facing interactions. WHAT YOU'LL DO: Job Responsibilities: Manage program budgets, overviews and recaps to share with the extended team Generate monthly internal reports on Lounge activity and year-to-date revenue Effectively manage a fast-paced environment with numerous projects Maintain consistent communication with corporate team Participate in the creation of new initiatives and programs to constantly innovate the offering of the space Maintain confidential and proprietary company and customer information and assets Ensure that lounge is clean and tidy at all times Manage the schedule for housekeeping and run errands when necessary to have the right resources in place at any given time Liaise with Lounge partner brands for contract compliance and maintenance requirements.
