The Office Manager will oversee daily office operations, including administrative tasks, coordination of office staff, and ensuring the smooth functioning of the office. Responsibilities also include managing office equipment, optimizing workflow, maintaining schedules, and fostering efficient and effective communication within the team and with patients. The role requires a proactive individual who can manage priorities and ensure exceptional customer service delivery.QualificationsStrong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with patients, team members, and external stakeholdersExperience with Administrative Assistance and Office Administration to manage workflows, schedules, and operational processesProficiency in handling Office Equipment and using technology-oriented tools for day-to-day office operationsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize accordinglyExperience in healthcare or medical office settings and billings is a plusFamiliarity with compliance standards and processes in a healthcare setting is preferredBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field, or equivalent work experience is preferred
