The associate who's being replaced has several projects currently in flight, including freight audit vendor organization, EDI requirement & new vendor integration.Candidates should be familiar with overall transportation, Drop ship, Parcel, LTL,Home delivery, Doorstep delivery.Must have:7+ years of technical product management experienceProject experience within transportation initiatives – specifically around LTL (Less Than Truckload) & parcelLTL experience is preferred, rather than general transportation/logistics domain experienceHeavy experience with transportation management systems (Descartes is a plus)Strong understanding of 3PL networksInternational transportation familiarity relative to EDI differences & country-specific requirementsExperience in England & Canadian country-specific requirements is a plusExperience in onboarding new domestic carriersStrong communication skills and stakeholder management skillsComing from a technical environment – working with engineers (not just from the business/operations side)Day to day experience with working with business stakeholders,, gathering requirements, writing user stories, and working with development teams to execute on feature/functionality or enhancements of systems/applications.Experience working in an Agile environment and with Jira.
