Job DescriptionIchor Systems has an immediate opening for a Production Manufacturing Technician at our Sauk Rapids, MN facility. Various shifts are available (days, evenings, nights, and weekends). Shift preference may be discussed with the recruiter; however, final scheduling will depend on availability at the time of hire.1st Shift7am-5pm Mon-Thurs2nd Shift1pm-11pm Mon-Thurs3rd Shift 10:45pm-6:45am Sun- Thurs4th Shift7am-7pm Fri-SunWhat We OfferPTO – 3 weeks annually, with accrual starting day oneStrong health care plans available for both individuals and family.Employee Stock Purchase Plan (ESPP) – Buy company stock at a discount through payroll deductions401(k) Match – Ichor Systems will match 50% of your contributions up to 8%.Vesting is immediate, ensuring you have full ownership of both your contributions and the matching funds from the company.Dental, Vision, Disability Insurance – Plus paid holidays, including a floating holidayTuition Reimbursement – For approved professional developmentCompetitive Pay – Includes shift differentials for swing shift and weekendsEssential Duties And ResponsibilitiesGeneral labor but not limited to loading and unloading various types of cleaning equipment, miscellaneous assembly, inspecting, alcohol wiping, swabbing, carrying plates, nitrogen dry parts, leak, function and flow testing, bagging, packaging and other duties that pertain to all areas.Demonstrate ability to operate microscopes profilometers, lapping machine, air and electric drivers, impulse wire bag sealers and leak, flow and function testing equipment.Demonstrate ability to operate ultra sonic wash, electro polish and insert installation stations.Monitor supplies and understand how to use material replenishment reordering system.Follow and perform assigned preventative maintenance tasks.Must be able to cross train and assist other production areas depending on the production schedule.Will occasionally be tasked with work in clean room, clean line or assembly areas as workflow dictates.Understand and follow all of Ichor’s Standard Operating Procedures as they pertain to manufacturing related duties.Proper use of required PPE.
