Business Analyst / Business Relationship Manager (BRM)

Location: Harrisburg, PA Work Arrangement: Remote Schedule: 7.5 hrs/day, 5 days/wk, 37.5 hrs/wk Interview: Virtual Contract: 06/01/2026 - 06/30/2026 Visas Accepted: USC, GC, GC EAD, H1BRole OverviewThe resource will serve as a Business Analyst / Business Relationship Manager (BRM) supporting business and technology initiatives across multiple teams and stakeholders. This role will focus on requirements gathering, business process analysis, workflow documentation, and cross-functional communication to ensure alignment between business objectives and IT solutions.Primary Responsibilities Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements Evaluate existing business processes and workflows to identify improvement opportunities Translate business needs into detailed technical requirements and user stories Facilitate communication and collaboration between business stakeholders, external teams, and internal IT groups Support Agile project delivery activities, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and requirements traceability Track project progress and deliverables Support status reporting and coordination activities Assist with testing and validation activities Support development and maintenance of project and operational documentationRequired Technical Skills Experience as a BA, BRM, Project Coordinator, or similar role Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements Experience supporting Agile teams and SDLC processes Hands-on experience using Azure DevOps or similar work management tools Familiarity with testing coordination and UAT support Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Azure DevOps Agile delivery methodologies Software Development Life Cycle practices Backlog management and user story refinement Sprint planning and Agile ceremonies Requirements traceability and workflow tracking Process mapping and documentation techniquesPreferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
