Role description Job Title: Oracle Cloud Fusion HCM Work Location: Morris Plains, NJ (Onsite 5 days a week from office) Work Authorization: Visa Independent (ITAR compliant security clearance) Duration: 1 Year + Extendable Salary: Up to $130K Job Description: 10 to 12+ Years of techno-functional experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Strong knowledge of Core HR, and ORC/ OLC Proficient in creating / updating BIP, OTBI reports in Oracle HCM Excellent hands-on HDL /HSDL and HCM extracts Create / update BI Publisher and OTBI reports Customizations using page / application composer, design studio etc. Hands on in updating/creating fast formulas, DFF, EFF, KFF etc. Familiar with OIC to facilitate integration analysis, design with impact analysis and testing Review of technical design, integration testing, reports validation, data conversion solutioning and validation Well versed in data migration approach from design to validation with users Testing Experience to Perform testing and coordinate with users to perform testing Preparing test cases based on Business scenarios Executing test cases in DEV and SIT Documenting & reporting test results Integrations Experience to perform interface Impact Analysis Coordination with downstream system owners for integration testing and impact analysis Perform End-to-End Integration testing Ability to drive technical design sessions for integrations / new requirements Competent in leading a team of Oracle HCM consultants Skills Mandatory Skills : Oracle HCM Benefits Cloud Benefits Compensation range: $100,000.00 to $140,000.00 per year About LTIMindtree LTIMindtree is a global technology consulting and digital solutions company that enables enterprises across industries to reimagine business models, accelerate innovation, and maximize growth by harnessing digital technologies.
