Sr Warehouse Associate - Full TimeThe Feed provides athletes with the widest selection of active nutrition and healthy snacks on the market today. We use science, our experience, and advice from athletes to give our customers personalized recommendations for better nutrition. Our e-commerce platform allows customers to learn about nutrition and then build a custom box for one-time or subscription purchase.The Senior Warehouse Associate is focused on the overall planning, execution and performance of their assigned area in the warehouse with either an emphasis on Inbound Receiving or Outbound Fulfillment.This is a chance to be part of a growing company in an amazing industry.The position is based in our Broomfield, Colorado office.Primary Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Warehouse Associate - 90%Execute on fulfillment expectation based on current operating structureMaintain a clean and orderly warehouseAccurately manage inventory and ensure organization of the warehouseAssist in receiving and putting away all incoming inventorySupervisory responsibilities - 10%Responsible for overseeing that assigned warehouse associates are completing their job duties in an efficient and timely mannerDelegate tasks and keep warehouse associates on track/busy, including assigning new projects to team members and helping to manage performance expectationsTrains new staff on current order fulfillment procedures.
