Lash Stylist Position The Lash Lounge is the premier salon for Lash Extensions with over 100 locations in the United States. We offer a complete menu of services, including Perming, Threading, and more. You are able to work independently and understand the importance of the safe application of eyelash extensions. You are highly motivated, friendly, and responsible!Responsibilities:Create excellent experience for every guest through a friendly and helpful attitudeEducate guests on proper care of lashes and recommend exclusive aftercare productsUnderstand and promote products and membershipsPerform high quality and consecutive professional eyelash extension servicesGenerate new clientele through our amazing referral programsHelps with promotion at supplementary events and performs, when asked, services during those promotional events to help market the salon and build the brand.Maintain clean and sterile work environmentMust be available Saturdays and Sundays.Responsible for proper sanitation of implements according to Lash Lounge protocol and LicensingRequired Skills:Active Cosmetology or Esthetics license1+ years as a Lash Stylist preferred1+ years with hand-made volume fans, preferredStrong verbal communication and listening skills.Forms strong working relationships within team.Customer service focused; loves on your clientsReliable transportationStrong work ethicInitiates self-learning and is comfortable with educating clients on products and services offeredWhy Join Our Team?Continued investment in your trainingA built-in book of leads50% off retail products and free servicesOpportunities for career growth and advancementPosition Pay $15-$18 hour plus (Depending on experience) plus retail and membership commission.Compensation: $16.00 - $22.00 per hour
