LEGO® and the LEGO® brick are trademarks of the LEGO Group, which does not sponsor, authorize, or endorse Brick Built Models or its work.Role Description The Client Relationship Manager is a part-time, remote role responsible for maintaining and growing long-term relationships with business and event clients. Day-to-day activities include serving as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their brand and event goals, and coordinating project timelines and deliverables with the internal design and production teams. This role involves managing proposals, tracking project status, handling client feedback, and ensuring clear communication from initial inquiry through post-event follow-up. The Client Relationship Manager will also identify opportunities for repeat business, support prospect outreach, and help refine processes that improve client satisfaction and retention. Occasional availability for virtual meetings across North American time zones is expected.Qualifications Client relationship and account management skills, including the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and support clients through the full project lifecycle.Project coordination and organizational skills, such as managing timelines, prioritizing multiple projects, and documenting requirements and status updates.Strong communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication, active listening, and professional presentation in virtual meetings.Sales and business development abilities, including identifying client needs, supporting proposals and pricing discussions, and recognizing opportunities for upsell or repeat work.Comfort with remote tools and technology, including CRM systems, project management platforms, and video conferencing software.Experience working with brand, marketing, events, or experiential campaigns is highly beneficial.Ability to work independently in a remote environment, with strong attention to detail and follow-through.Relevant education or equivalent experience in business, communications, marketing, event management, or a related field preferred.
