HR Intern (Summer 2026)

**Summer 2026** We are in Overland Park, KS currently, but are moving to the Olathe, KS area in 3-6 months into a new facility. Depending on progress the internship could take place in Overland Park or Olathe.We're looking for a motivated HR Intern to support our team with day-to-day HR tasks. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in areas like recruitment, onboarding, employee support, and HR operations.Responsibilities:Help review resumes of applicantsScreen and recruit qualified candidates for open positionsHelp maintain employee records and HR documentationSupport onboarding and offboarding processesAssist with benefits administration and open enrollment tasksHelp respond to basic employee questionsSupport HR projects like training, engagement, and performance reviewsQualifications:Pursuing a degree in HR, Business, or related fieldStrong organization and communication skillsAbility to handle confidential informationMicrosoft Office skills requiredInterest in HR (ADP or HR systems experience is a plus)What You'll GainHands-on HR experienceExposure to real HR processes and systemsOpportunity to learn from an experienced HR team
