Technical Project Manager & Solutions Architect (SaaS Implementation Model)

About the Role We are looking for a highly technical leader to drive the successful delivery of complex software projects. This hybrid role combines the execution discipline of a Technical Project Manager with the solution design expertise of a Solutions Architect. You will work directly with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, translate them into technical blueprints, and guide engineering teams through delivery. In your team, you will have a number of highly trained and Implementation Engineers, subject matter experts in the field of Accreditation as well as product knowledge. Key Responsibilities Requirements & Architecture Translate client and business needs into technical specifications, system designs, and integration plans. Evaluate solution options, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability. Partner with engineers to validate designs and resolve technical risks. Project Management & Delivery Own the full project lifecycle: planning, execution, and delivery. Develop and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources. Run agile ceremonies (standups, sprint planning, retrospectives). Communicate progress, risks, and technical trade-offs to stakeholders. Client & Product Engagement Act as the technical liaison between clients and engineering teams. Document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria. Contribute to product roadmaps by identifying technical opportunities and efficiencies. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in technical project management or program management. Proven background in software architecture, systems design, and integrations. Strong understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, databases, and modern software development practices. Experience with agile delivery frameworks (Scrum, Kanban). Excellent communication skills — able to bridge business needs and technical execution. Strong problem-solving and leadership skills.
