With approximately $100M in annual revenue and an exciting pipeline of high-rise and multi-family developments , they are entering a strong growth phase with several high-profile projects on the horizon .You'll be working out of a brand-new downtown Chicago office with a collaborative, design-forward team.What You'll Be Doing:Manage projects from early design and predevelopment through construction and closeoutCoordinate across internal development, design, and construction teamsOversee budgets, schedules, consultants, and contractor relationshipsDrive project execution from concept through deliverySupport decision-making across all phases of the project lifecycleWhat We're Looking For:5–10+ years of experience in construction, development, or project managementExperience with multi-family and/or high-rise projects preferredStrong understanding of full project lifecycle (design through construction)Ability to work cross-functionally in an integrated environmentStrong communication, organization, and leadership skillsBase salary up to $150,000Unlimited PTO (15-day minimum encouraged annually)401(k) with company matchBrand-new downtown Chicago officeIf you're looking to work on high-profile, design-driven developments with a fully integrated team and a strong pipeline of exciting projects, let's connect.#J-18808-Ljbffr
