AI Solutions ArchitectDallas, TX (Hybrid)About the RoleWe are seeking a highly skilled AI Solutions Architect to design and build our enterprise AI capabilities end-to-end. This is a hands-on role where you’ll define architecture standards, select technologies, and actively develop AI-powered applications, agents, and automations.You will play a critical role in connecting AI solutions to the company’s data ecosystem — especially Snowflake — ensuring all solutions are built on trusted, governed data. This position is ideal for a senior technologist who thrives equally in architecture design, coding, and data engineering.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitecture & Solution DesignDesign scalable, secure AI architectures aligned with business needsTranslate requirements into end-to-end AI solutions across data, models, and appsDevelop standards for RAG, copilots, agents, ML, and automationEvaluate AI tools, platforms, and vendorsEnsure performance, scalability, cost-efficiency, and securityHands-on DevelopmentBuild AI applications using platforms like Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and ClaudeDevelop RAG pipelines, agents, and business automationsCreate prompts, guardrails, and evaluation frameworksPrototype and productionize AI use cases rapidlyData & Snowflake IntegrationDesign pipelines connecting Snowflake and enterprise data to AI systemsBuild embedding pipelines, vector search, and semantic data layersPartner with data teams (dbt, ADF, Databricks) to prepare AI-ready dataLeverage Snowflake features (Cortex AI, Snowpark, Streams & Tasks)Ensure data governance, security, and compliance standardsIntegration & Enterprise FitIntegrate AI solutions with Microsoft 365, Teams, SharePoint, ERP, and business systemsDefine secure architecture across identity, networking, and data flowsPartner cross-functionally to deploy and operationalize AI solutionsEstablish monitoring, observability, and production support modelsLeadership & Continuous ImprovementMentor engineers and guide technical design decisionsDefine coding, security, and responsible AI standardsMonitor AI performance (quality, cost, latency) and optimize continuouslyCommunicate technical strategy to stakeholders at all levelsRequired Qualifications7+ years in software engineering or architecture2+ years building and architecting AI/ML solutions end-to-endStrong Python (or similar) and experience with AI frameworks (OpenAI, LangChain, Semantic Kernel, etc.)Strong SQL and experience with Snowflake or similar data platformsExpertise in modern data architectures (warehouse, lakehouse, ETL/ELT)Deep understanding of LLMs, embeddings, vector search, and orchestrationStrong enterprise architecture knowledge (cloud, security, integration, identity)Excellent stakeholder communication skillsUnderstanding of responsible AI principles (privacy, bias, security)Preferred QualificationsExperience with Snowflake tools (Cortex AI, Snowpark, Dynamic Tables, etc.)Background in dbt, Azure Data Factory, Fivetran, or AirbyteExperience with Microsoft AI stack (Azure OpenAI, Fabric, Copilot Studio)Data architecture expertise (lakehouse, data mesh, MDM)Experience building agent-based or multi-step AI workflowsFamiliarity with LLMOps (evaluation, monitoring, CI/CD for AI)Relevant certifications (Azure Solutions Architect, SnowPro, AI Engineer)Bachelor’s or Master’s in CS, Engineering, or related fieldWhat You’ll BringStrong systems thinking with a hands-on builder mindsetAbility to move seamlessly between architecture, code, and dataPragmatic approach to delivering scalable AI solutionsFocus on delivering real business value with trusted enterprise data
