Using insights to create solutions for the future - in the here and now.Job OverviewPosition Schedule: Full-TimeThe Region Program Coordinator - partners with multiple Regional Leader teams by executing upon and performing the following activities:Provide advanced administrative support and serve as an extension to their leadership team, share ideas, resources, problem solve, plan, facilitate and act on all region related activities. You will virtually partner with multiple Financial Advisors and BOAs (Regional Leader Teams) and proactively plan the execution of your region related work so the branch team can focus more time on delivering Human Centered Complete Wealth Management and growing their impact with their clients.Regional Coordinators use strategy & collaboration to partner with regional leaders for coordination, engagement, and event planning support. This ensures the Regional Leader branch teams receive the support needed to successfully lead their regions and build capacity to deliver the ideal client experience.The Region Coordinator Partners With Multiple Regional Leader Teams And Will Be Expected To Execute And Perform Many Or All The Following Activities For Each RL Team Under These Core ActivitiesAct as an integral part of the planning team along with key players to plan and execute Firm-sponsored regional meetingsAssist in coordination of either in-person or virtual RL Branch or group visitsAssist in coordination of Regional Leader scheduling & calendarAssist in coordination of Region calendarAssist region associates with connecting to appropriate resources, setting follow up as appropriateCollaborate with BOA Mentor Coordinator to onboard new BOAsCollaborate with Region newsletter editor teamCoordinate Region recognition, including acknowledgement of life eventsCoordination of region initiatives (Expense submission, tracking, & reconciliationFA & BOA Leadership role maintenance (Managing region resourcesParticipate in Regional Leader supported meetings, as availablePartner with region leadership and key stakeholders to plan and execute Region-sponsored eventsPartner with Key Leaders in management of Pipeline Activities Report (PAR)Prepare and execute weekly strategic collaboration meeting with Regional Leader. The salary range for this role is based on national data and actual pay is based on skills, experience, education, and other relevant factors for a potential new associate:Hiring Minimum: $52080Hiring Maximum: $85880Skills/RequirementsCandidates that live within a commutable distance from our Tempe, AZ and St. Louis, MO home office locations are expected to work within the office three days per week, with the preference for Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.Minimum of 3 years of advanced administrative support, customer service experience and event management experience Tactical problem solving and analytical skillsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExceptional organizational and time management skills with ability to multi-task and work independentlyExcellent computer skills including proficient use of Microsoft Office applications, Word, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, Publisher, as well as advanced Zoom and virtual meeting facilitationAccomplished at working in a fast paced, team-oriented environment, quickly learning, and applying new and complex informationSome travel may be requested/required; if travel cannot be accommodated- support of department and team during high volume and travel season with measurable results.Consistent weekly schedule- M-F; 8:00-5:00 or standard business hours.Awards & AccoladesAt Edward Jones, we are building a place where everyone feels like they belong.
