Location: Sheridan, WYDuration: April 2024 June 2024Reason for coverage: Locums provider leavingSchedule:The current Hospitalist model is:3 physicians & 1 APC in every 24-hour periodPhysician A on call 7A-1P (6-hour call, 12-hour shift)Physician B on call 1P-7P (6-hour call, 12-hour shift)Physician C on call 7P-7A (12-hour call, 12-hour night shift)APC works 10 hours/day, 7 days/weekCall: Patient volume: Average 20-35 daily census; 5-7 admits give or take (split between 3 providers)Scope: Traditional Hospitalist coverage, rounding, admins including procedures. Provider will respond to codes, Vent management required. There is also some flexibility around procedures depending on their experience; we have in house ED/Interventional Radiologists to assistEMR: CernerHospital: 88 Bed, Level 3 trauma facility.Group/support: Full support staffRequirements (boards, license): BC or Truly Board Eligible in Internal or Family Medicine with Wyoming Medical License or IMLC License. DEA and CSR are required. ACLS and BLS Required
