Job TitleThe primary responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, setting redemption loads for video gaming terminals ("VGTs") and redemption terminals ("RTs"), replenishing cassettes, installing, maintaining, and servicing amusement and video gaming equipment owned/operated by the Company and located in contracted establishments, enforcing established rules and procedures intended to protect employees and customers, as well as assisting in other areas as needed.Duties and Responsibilities:Delivering and collecting cassettes to and from customer locations per the assigned route schedule, through the use of a company provided vehicleMaintaining exceptional customer service with location staff and patronsRequired to drive company vehicles, including but not limited to, various sized cargo vans and SUV's throughout the entirety of scheduled shiftCompleting necessary paperwork to properly document access to VGTs and RTs as well as the movement of company property to and from customer locationsAdhering to established standard operating proceduresRemaining alert and prepared at all times, following established safety and security protocols, and watching for the accidental mishandling of packages that might result in a lossMaintaining continuous communication with security personnel while on routeReturning all valuables handled throughout the daily scheduled routeOther duties as assignedQualifications:Must have excellent interpersonal and customer service skills2-3 years of cash delivery experienceMinimum of 21 years of ageA valid driver's license and maintenance of a satisfactory driving recordProficient in Microsoft OutlookProficient with smartphone technologyLegible writing skillsEffective and accurate communicationExcellent ethics and integrityExcellent customer serviceHigh attention to detailAbility to work independentlyAbility to adapt and understand working components of machines and provide level 1 service while on siteProfessional demeanorPhysical Demands and Work Environment:Sit for prolonged periods.Calculate figures and amounts.Frequently required to standFrequently required to walkFrequently required to sitFrequently required to utilize hand and finger dexterityFrequently required to climb, balance, bend, stoop, kneel or crawlContinually required to talk or hearOccasionally lifting 50-60lbs of materials above the shouldersFrequently required to lift and push cargo materials ranging between 25-65 poundsSpecific vision abilities required for this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral, depth, and ability to adjust or focus especially when operating company vehiclesUtilize visual acuity to operate equipment, read technical information, and/or use a keyboardExposure to wet and/or humid conditionsExposure to moving mechanical partsExposure to outside weather conditionsThe noise level in the work environment usually is moderateBase Pay Range: $23.00This range represents the low and high end of the anticipated base salary range for this position.
