Join us on this meaningful journey where your skills, compassion, and dedication will make a remarkable difference in the lives of those we serve.How you’ll contribute: The incumbent shall be responsible for the total operation of the rehabilitation programs at Kindred Hospital - Sugar Land and Kindred Hospital- Houston Northwest. The incumbent plans, directs and coordinates program activities to ensure that company and client goals are met. The incumbent shall also be accountable for and contribute to program development, quality improvement and problem solving, and productivity enhancement in a flexible interdisciplinary fashion.Qualifications and requirements:The incumbent must possess a current license (PT, OT, or SLP) to practice as required by the state. A track record of successful management experience in a health or human services setting and/or an extensive rehabilitation background combined with strong interpersonal and organizational skill is necessary. Experience working with a geriatric disabled population is preferred. Provision of own transportation is necessary.
