As the General Manager you will lead the overall performance, operations and financial success of our Murietta, California showroom. This role drives strategic growth, fosters a high-performance culture, delivers an exceptional client experience standards, and upholds the brand standards expected of a luxury automotive showroom.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain and strengthen the brand’s reputation within the region
Cultivate relationships with collectors, high-net-worth individuals, family offices, and brand partners
Oversee allocation strategy for limited-production and bespoke models
Design and lead a white‑glove ownership journey from first inquiry through long‑term retention
Personally engage with VIP clients and manage sensitive or high‑visibility transactions
Deliver bespoke commissioning experiences aligned with brand standards
Maintain elite CSI performance and protect brand reputation
Lead fixed operations to achieve strong service absorption without compromising client experience
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards while maintaining absolute discretion in client matters
Oversee secure handling of high‑value assets and confidential transactions
Reinforce disciplined execution of internal processes and adherence to compliance and established group standard
Lead all sales activities, driving revenue growth and margin expansion
Establish and maintain a high‑performance sales culture aligned with luxury client expectations and brand standards
Oversee pipeline management, lead conversion, and client follow‑up to maximize close rates, average deal value, and lifetime client value
Align pricing, positioning, and inventory strategy with market dynamics to support gross profitability
Partner closely with marketing to drive qualified demand
Maintain accountability for individual and team sales performance, including coaching, development, and performance management, with a focus on consistent contribution to bottom‑line results
