Norton Rose Fulbright is seeking a mid-level to senior lawyer to join its Projects Real Estate team. The ideal candidate will have six+ years of relevant experience and a strong background in real estate transactions. Experience practicing real estate law at a law firm is required.The candidate must have strong competence in drafting and negotiating real estate documentation. The ideal candidate will have experience advising on real estate matters for energy projects, including renewable energy developments. This role provides an opportunity to work closely with project finance teams on sophisticated energy and infrastructure matters. This position will sit within the firm’s market‑leading Projects Real Estate team, which supports complex, high‑profile transactions across the energy sector.Key Requirements:6+ years’ experience as a real estate lawyer.Law firm experience practicing real estate law required.Experience drafting and negotiating real estate agreements.Experience supporting renewable energy projects preferred.Strong academic credentials.Location: This position may be based in any of the firm’s U.S. offices, including Austin, Chicago, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Minneapolis, New York, San Antonio, San Francisco, St. Louis, and Washington D.C..
