Our perfect candidate has:     4+ years’ experience in managing a high impact bar environment with significant volume and high standards of performance 2+ years’ experience in hiring, training and leading a bar team with high standards of performance Demonstrated knowledge of P&L reports and ability to manage cost of goods TIPS alcohol certification    Food handling certification    Extensive bar & cocktail knowledge  Excellent communication at all levels  Strong leadership ability  Strong financial acumen  The ability to manage under pressure and make decisions in real time  The experience to operate at a high level under the direction of the management team  The ability to manage multiple operational and managerial tasks simultaneously  Personal maturity to deal with confidential information and/or issues with discretion and sound judgment  The capability to meet the physical and scheduling demands of the position, including walking, standing, or lifting heavy items for extended periods, and working nights, weekends, and holidays  An essential function of this position is to be on premises to perform all work requirements.  Necessary reasonable accommodations based on disability, pregnancy, gender identity, sincerely held religious beliefs, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local law will be provided so that employees can perform the essential functions of their jobs, so long as such accommodations do not pose an undue hardship.
