Project Manager

We’re currently doing $4M in commercial work and are at a turning point-our growth is being limited by capacity, not demand.We’re looking for a high-level Project Manager who can take ownership of projects, protect margins, and help us scale to the next level.🔹 The OpportunityThis is not a “babysitting jobs” role.This is a key leadership position that will:- Take over day-to-day project execution - Free up ownership to pursue larger projects - Help grow the division from $4M → $6M+If you know how to run projects AND drive profitability-you’ll thrive here.🔹 What You’ll Be Responsible For- Manage multiple commercial HVAC projects from kickoff to closeout - Oversee schedules, budgets, and job costing - Handle submittals, RFIs, and GC communication - Track labor vs estimate and protect margins - Identify and push change orders - Coordinate with field teams and superintendent - Ensure timely billing and strong cash flow 👉 You own the project.
