The Field Technician will handle day-to-day responsibilities such as installing and maintaining technology systems, offering technical support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring seamless system functionality. Additional duties include conducting on-site diagnostics, providing end-user training, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and operational excellence.QualificationsExperience with system installation and maintenance, including familiarity with hardware and software integration in the MSFT Windows environment.Proven skills in troubleshooting and offering technical support, ensuring quick resolution of issuesStrong communication and interpersonal skills to provide end-user training and customer supportAbility to work independently in an on-site environment and manage field operations efficientlyKnowledge of the restaurant or hospitality industry is a plus as well as the Aloha POS platformRelevant technical certification is preferredWillingness to maintain a flexible schedule and travel within the Raleigh Metropolitan Area and surroundings as required
