That means schedule, safety, quality, and subcontractor performance - every day, on every project. You'll work directly with our project managers and be the face of Perkins on the job site.Run daily site operations for commercial tenant finish and interior renovation projectsBuild and maintain project schedules; identify problems early and drive recovery when neededManage subcontractors firmly and fairly - hold them to scope, schedule, and qualityEnforce safety standards and ensure full compliance on siteCoordinate inspections, deliveries, and logistics without constant hand-holdingCommunicate directly with owners and architects on field issues - resolve, don't escalateMaintain punch list discipline and drive projects to a clean, professional close-outWhat You Bring5–10 years of commercial construction experience with strong tenant finish and interior renovation backgroundAbility to read drawings and specs fluentlyTrack record of finishing projects on time and delivering quality workStrong subcontractor relationships and the credibility to back them upClear, direct communicator - in person, on the phone, and in writingCalm under pressure; accountable when things go sidewaysProficiency with basic scheduling tools and project management software a plusWhat We OfferCompetitive base salary: $70,000–$90,000 depending on experienceTruck allowance or company truckFuel cardHealth, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with company matchBonus potential tied to project performanceA lean company where your work actually matters and leadership noticesPerkins Construction is based in a landmark historic building in downtown Nashville.
