Assistant Director, Donor Engagement
Providing operational and programmatic support, the full-time Assistant Director, Donor Engagement will manage functions within the Division of Philanthropy, serve as the main contact for internal stakeholders, and work remotely with occasional on-campus presence in Brookline, MA.
Key responsibilitiesManage operations and programs for a functional area within the Division of Philanthropy
Serve as a super user of databases and reporting tools, maintaining confidentiality and expertise in Excel and other management systems
Independently manage correspondence, reports, and presentations specific to the functional areaRequired qualificationsBachelor's degree required
4+ years of relevant work experience
Strong knowledge of development databases and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel
Ability to collect, organize, and interpret data for decision-making
Exceptional judgment and discretion when interacting with stakeholders
