Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Endoscopy Technician located in Oak Lawn, IL. The Endoscopy Technician will be responsible for assisting in endoscopy procedures, ensuring proper sterilization of instruments and equipment, and maintaining a clean and safe environment. Additional responsibilities includeassisting ohysicians during procedure, preparing procesure rooms for procedures, supporting endoscopists preferences, and ensuring accurate recordkeeping to meet medical and regulatory standards. Qualifications Proficiency in Endoscopy procedures and related tasksKnowledge of reprocessing techniques and protocolsSkills in GI Technology and assisting in medical proceduresStrong attention to detail and commitment to patient safetyAbility to work effectively in a team and perform in a fast-paced environmentPrior experience in a healthcare setting is preferredRelevant certifications for surgical or endoscopic assistance are an advantageBLS required
