About The Role Quartz Machine Operator Trainee Monday-Friday from 7AM-3:30PM (occasional OT may be required)Pay starting at $19/hr + $100 weekly attendance bonusWhat You'll Be DoingAs a Quartz Machine Operator, you’ll work hands-on with cutting-edge equipment to produce premium quartz countertops and components. You’ll ensure everything you touch meets the highest standards — in quality, safety, and craftsmanship.Key Responsibilities Operate a range of specialized machines including: CNC machines for cutting and shaping quartz Water jet machines for precision cutting Edge polishing machines for smooth, finished surfaces Interpret and follow detailed technical drawings and measurements Monitor equipment performance and make basic adjustments as needed Conduct routine quality checks to ensure accuracy and finish Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Assist in training new operators and support team productivity Communicate clearly with team leads and report any machine issues Follow all Wren Kitchens’ health and safety standards, including silica dust control procedures and proper PPE use About You What You Bring to the Team Preferred Skills And Qualities Experience operating CNC, water jet, or similar manufacturing machines Ability to read and interpret technical drawings or blueprints High attention to detail and strong mechanical aptitude Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to cross-train and support multiple roles when needed Bilingual in English and Spanish is a strong plus Familiarity with safety procedures in a manufacturing environment
