Senior Compensation Analyst

The Senior Compensation Analyst serves as a strategic advisor and subject-matter expert in the design, administration, and continuous improvement of compensation programs. This role serves as a partner to leaders, providing analytical expertise and consultative guidance, ensuring pay practices are aligned with the organizational values, mission, and strategic priorities. Responsibilities include conducting pay analyses, job evaluations, market analyses, and pay parity studies; maintaining accurate job documentation and position classifications; and supporting fair and consistent pay decisions across the organization. The role also contributes to broader total rewards initiatives that support employee wellness and engagement, ensuring programs remain sustainable and reflective of the organizational goal.
