We are looking for excellent full-time General Manager candidates to join our management team. The primary role of the General Manager will be to work in tandem with the District Manager to oversee the daily operations of the store, provide exceptional customer service and proactively manage the front‑ and back‑of‑house team. The candidate is focused on excellent customer service and operational results, has demonstrated restaurant leadership experience and a passion for growing the business.
Key Responsibilities
Recruit, select, orient, train, assign, and schedule team members, in partnership with the District Manager.
Work with both the District Manager and Human Resources to manage performance, including coaching, counseling, and disciplining team members.
Communicate job expectations to the staff; plan, monitor, and review employee performance; plan and review compensation actions; enforce policies and procedures.
Communicate in a timely and effective manner with the District Manager about operational and human‑resources issues.
Perform regular restaurant inspections to ensure the team and restaurant meet standards.
Track inventory and ensure accurate record keeping.
Identify and resolve issues with food preparation; help the team handle customer service issues with grace, courtesy, and the goal of cultivating happy, returning customers.
Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy facility environment by establishing, following, and enforcing sanitation standards and procedures; conduct injury reporting, meetings, equipment maintenance, and other health and legal compliance tasks.
Accomplish company goals by accepting ownership for new and different job responsibilities; explore opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Additional Information
Restaurant experience is required.
Manager Food Handler Certification required.
