They are a 164-bed general acute care hospital and are a comprehensive healthcare facility that provides inpatient, outpatient and emergency department services. About the position:Clinic Hours: M-F 8a-5p; joins the Women s Health ClinicSchedule: Flexible 36 patient care hoursCall: joins the OB call rotation 1:3 (with FTE and locums support)Practice expected to be 60% OBAverage patients per day (when ramped): 25-30Department: 1OB, locums support, Uro for GYN, U/S tech, lab tech, RN supportNo roboticsOutpatient therapy support for pelvic floor and other female needsStaff is stable and long-termDeliveries by the team: 300 babies/yearQualifications:BE/BC in Family MedicineSurgical OB fellowship or equivalent experience required for C-sections, etc.Ability to obtain a medical professional license in the State of MS and DEA with full prescriptive authorityRecruitment Package may include:Compensation: Base salary starting at $300K + wRVU production incentive$5K CME allowance$50K Sign-on bonus25+ days PTO$15K relocation allowanceStudent loan repayment assistanceHealth benefits401(k) retirement planMedical malpractice insurance/tail coverageResidency stipend
