Travel RN- Telemetry (Contract Role)

Registered Nurse-Telemetry (Contract Role)Location: Laconia, NH, 03246Duration: 13 weeks ContractShift: 12 hr NightsGuaranteed Hours: 48 hours per weekWeekly Pay Rate: $2,640 - $2,880; (Negotiable based on experience)Key Responsibilities:Deliver direct and individualized nursing care to patients in the Telemetry unit.Monitor and interpret cardiac telemetry readings.Document patients' medical history, symptoms, and conditions.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Respond promptly to changes in patient conditions.Educate patients and families on health management and discharge plans.Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.Requirements:2+ years of recent Telemetry experience and documenting travel experience required.EMR Exp Preferred: Cerner experience is preferred but not required.Active RN license-New Hampshire or Compact state license required.Certifications Required:BLS (Basic Life Support)-American Heart Association.ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)-American Heart Association.Additional Info:Will accept local candidates.Local Rate applies for candidates residing within 50 miles.Interested candidates are encouraged to apply with an updated resume.Our recruitment team will reach out within 24 hours.
