No third-party agencies corp to corp.Requirements:Lead project estimator experience in construction (7+ years)Experience with renewable energy and/or high voltage transmission projectsExperience with capital expenditure (CapEx) (preferred)Bachelor's Degree (Engineering Mechanical; Civil; Electrical; Construction Science Construction Management preferred) or equivalent experienceResponsibilities:Prepare capital cost estimatesReview designs and specifications for cost effectiveness and suggest alternatives, when appropriateCoordinate with other departments, ensuring understanding of project objectives and efficient utilization of resourcesReview layouts, designs and specifications for cost effectiveness and suggest alternatives, when appropriateRemain current with technology and industry evolution, assuring that capital estimates anticipate the correct market conditionsEstablish, build and implement metrics for cost and construction estimate checksMentor and develop junior members of the teamPerform other job-related duties as assigned
