Tax Supervisor - Fully remote - $95,000 - $105,000 When you think small CPA firm, what comes to mind? Is it flexibility, clear progression opportunities and the latest technology? No? Well, it should be. This boutique CPA firm on the North Shore In Boston is looking for a Tax Senior Associate or Tax Supervisor to join their small team. You can work on a fully remote basis, or go into the office if you’d prefer. You will have total flexibility with this. In fact, flexibility is at the core of their culture. So what’s the catch? There isn’t one. You will be working maximum 55 hours during busy season, but it’s usually less than this. You won’t be asked to choose between your personal life and your job, family comes first. If you want to make partner one day, your development will be encouraged and you will be supported to get there. You will be working with mainly closely held businesses in a variety of industries including non profits. If you have your CPA, then great, but it isn’t a ‘must have’ for this firm, as they know that not everybody tests well. You’ll be doing predominantly tax, but if you have experience in audit, or you’d like to get involved in audit, then you will have the opportunity to do so. Want to find out more?
