Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Acquisition Manager based in Farmington Hills, MI, with the flexibility to work from home on a part-time basis. The Acquisition Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strategic customer relationships, and analyzing market trends to develop acquisition strategies. The role includes negotiating contracts, aligning business objectives, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring that customer requirements are met effectively. Additionally, the Acquisition Manager will monitor the performance of acquisition operations and generate insights to drive growth and efficiency. Qualifications Experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or account managementStrong skills in negotiation, contract management, and client relationsAnalytical skills for interpreting market trends and evaluating business opportunitiesProficiency in project management and cross-functional team collaborationEffective communication and interpersonal skillsCritical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesExperience in the automotive or mobility sector is a plusBachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA is a plus
