We are seeking an experienced Head of School to lead a well-established early learning center in Argyle serving Infants through Pre-K students.This is an exciting opportunity for a strong leader who thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoys building relationships with families and staff, and is ready to take ownership of a successful school with a strong reputation in the community.The school has been operating since 2004 and is accredited as a TRS Four Star program. The center currently serves 130+ children with licensed capacity for continued growth and expansion.Compensation & BenefitsBase salary: $60,000 – $70,000+Monthly enrollment bonus: Earn $300 for every net enrollment gained in a single monthHealth, Dental & Vision insurance401(k) availablePaid HolidaysPTO package with growth based on tenureChildcare tuition discountsProfessional development opportunities and ongoing leadership supportAbout the RoleAs the Head of School, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of the school, lead and support staff, maintain licensing and TRS standards, drive enrollment growth, and create a positive, welcoming environment for children, families, and teachers.This role offers a high level of autonomy and decision-making authority within established organizational standards.
