Leadership & Learning Consultant

This Leadership & Learning Consultant role partners with business leaders and HR teams to design, deliver, and evaluate learning solutions that develop leadership capability and support organizational goals. The primary focus is on leadership development, instructional design, facilitation, and performance consulting to drive employee growth and measurable business impact.About The RoleThe Consultant will assess learning needs, create targeted curricula and blended learning experiences, and deliver instructor‑led and virtual programs for leaders at all levels. This role collaborates with subject matter experts to translate business priorities into practical development initiatives, establishes measurement strategies to track learning effectiveness, and provides coaching to leaders to reinforce on‑the‑job application.Key ResponsibilitiesPartner with leaders and HR to conduct learning needs analyses, competency gap assessments, and leadership capability diagnosticsDesign and develop curriculum, course materials, job aids, e‑learning modules, and blended learning pathways aligned to organizational competenciesFacilitate workshops, leadership cohorts, coaching sessions, and train‑the‑trainer events in both classroom and virtual settingsProvide one‑on‑one coaching and feedback to leaders to support skill transfer and leadership effectivenessPartner with stakeholders to implement change management and adoption strategies that reinforce learning outcomesDefine learning objectives, success metrics, and evaluation plans; analyze data to measure impact and recommend continuous improvementsManage project timelines, budgets, and vendor relationships as needed to deliver programs on scheduleKeep learning content current by incorporating best practices, adult learning principles, and inclusive leadership approachesQualificationsBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)3+ years of experience designing, delivering, and evaluating leadership development or learning programsProven facilitation and coaching skills with ability to engage diverse audiencesExperience with instructional design models, e‑learning authoring tools, and virtual learning platformsStrong partnering, project management, and stakeholder engagement experienceExcellent written and verbal communication skills and attention to detailCommitment to inclusive practices and ability to create psychologically safe learning environmentsPreferredCertifications such as CPTD, ATD, SHRM, or coaching credentialsExperience in change management, talent management, or organizational development initiativesExperience working in regulated environments or healthcare settings is a plusWhat We OfferOpportunities to influence leadership capability and career development across the organizationAccess to learning resources, development programs, and cross‑functional collaborationA supportive culture that values continuous learning, equity, and professional growthHow To Succeed In This RoleBuild strong relationships with leaders and HR partners to understand business prioritiesBe adaptable and open to feedback while continuously iterating on program designDemonstrate strong facilitation, coaching, and storytelling skills to engage participantsUse data to inform decisions and show clear linkage between learning and business outcomesEqual Opportunity StatementWe are an Equal Employment Opportunity organization.
