The Real Estate Agent will manage client relationships, assist in buying and selling real estate properties, and provide expert guidance throughout the transaction process. Responsibilities also include marketing listings, negotiating contracts, conducting property tours, and staying updated on current market trends to deliver industry-leading service. Qualifications Active Real Estate License requiredExperience in Real Estate and knowledge of Real Property transactionsStrong Customer Service and Sales skillsExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilitiesSelf-motivated and able to manage a flexible scheduleProficiency in real estate software and property listing tools is a plusFamiliarity with market trends and local property regulationsPrevious experience with remote work is advantageous
