Landscape Estimator

Texas Tree Farms landscape contractor division is rapidly growing while completing installations of commercial projects and home landscapes. We are looking for an experienced Lead Landscape Estimator to help and grow with us. If you can take a landscape design and create a list of all materials needed with costs and estimated time needed to complete a designed project including landscape, irrigation, lighting and hardscapes. Pay: $48,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year + Profit sharing, bonus and more potential for the right person. Minimum 3 years estimating experience Organized Detail oriented Oral and written communications skills Determine scope, budget and schedule for a given project. Analyze information (e.g. hours worked, labor rates, etc.) to predict costs with precision. Read and measure drawings, notes to create takeoffs with estimates for various landscaping jobs. Create proposals based on estimate sheets. Contact clients to ask clarifying questions as necessary. Contact vendors to get quotes and verify pricing. Answer client questions about bids and adjust pricing as necessary. Ability to maintain multiple bids with thorough records of all project documentation including estimates, sales receipts, and project completion documentation.
