Please go through below requirement and reply with suitable resume Product Manager – Commercial Payments Location: New York, NY (Onsite – 5 Days/Week)Experience Required: 9+ yrs Role OverviewWe are seeking a hands-on Product Manager with deep expertise in commercial/wholesale payments to join a fast-paced, execution-driven team. This role is a hybrid PM/BA position, requiring end-to-end ownership of product delivery—from requirements definition to UAT and release.You will work directly with engineering teams to build scalable, platform-level payment solutions, focusing on merchant-facing experiences, internal tools, and payment lifecycle management.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end product delivery within Agile (2-week sprint cycles) Write PRDs, epics, user stories, and detailed functional requirements Collaborate directly with developers (no intermediary BA layer) Drive UAT cycles, validation, and release readiness Build and enhance: Merchant-facing portals (refunds, reversals, reporting, analytics) Internal operational tools and workflows Define and manage payment lifecycle flows (initiation → reconciliation → payouts) Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders and influence without authority Drive clarity, execution, and timely delivery in a high-pressure environment Required SkillsDomain ExpertiseCommercial / Wholesale Payments Payment rails: ACH Wire transfers Cross-border FX Push-to-card Digital wallet flows (PayPal-like systems) Merchant experience platforms Backend reconciliation and payout systems Scalable payment platforms (experience with companies like Amazon, Walmart, Expedia is a plus) Product & Execution SkillsStrong hands-on product management Experience writing: PRDs User stories Epics Process flows Agile/Scrum execution UAT planning and execution Data-driven decision making Communication & Soft SkillsExcellent verbal and written communication (mandatory) Strong stakeholder management Ability to influence cross-functional teams Proactive, self-driven, high ownership mindset Tools & TechnologiesProduct & Agile Tools:Jira / Confluence Aha! / Productboard (nice to have) Documentation & Collaboration: Microsoft Office / Google Workspace Data & Analytics:SQL (basic to intermediate) Excel / Google Sheets Workflow & Diagramming:Lucidchart / Visio / Miro Testing & Delivery:UAT management tools API tools (Postman – basic understanding) What We Are NOT Looking ForEMV, POS hardware, or terminal-focused experience Pure strategy or non-execution PM profiles Checkout-only or top-of-funnel consumer payment experience Candidates unwilling to work onsite in NYC Work Environment & CultureHigh-performance, fast-paced team (“no mediocrity” culture) Strong ownership and accountability expected Collaborative, people-first environment Casual dress code (jeans/sneakers acceptable) Fully onsite role (New York City) Priority Focus AreasReporting systems Merchant setup flows Internal operational tooling Arsenal program initiatives
