They will have Systems Engineering responsibilities consisting of the synthesis, definition, analysis, development, integration & test of electro-optic systems for airborne and ground surveillance. Candidate will work closely with cross functional members in engineering, manufacturing, & program management to design, develop & build high performance systems.Design/develop system architectures, define key capabilities and performance requirementsDefine system implementation approach and operational conceptsEnsure requirements are met and evaluate performance measuresPerform system and subsystem integration, technical risk assessment, technical planning, verification and validation, and supportability analysesUnderstand and implement systems engineering processes on programs and projectsCreate and update essential engineering documents including specifications, reports, plans, technical memos, and presentationsProvide timely production support and problem resolutionAbility to obtain a US Security ClearanceBachelor's Degree and minimum 6 years of prior relevant experience. Graduate Degree and a minimum of 4 years of prior related experience.
