Guided by our core values of concern, creativity, passion and the pursuit of perfection, we are inspired and empowered to reach higher, unlock our full potential and be truly extraordinary.To support your growth, after your 12-month work anniversary, you'll be eligible to earn your EPA 608 Universal Refrigerant Certification, fully paid by Bozzuto.\nPrimary Responsibilities:\nAs a Maintenance Technician, your primary responsibilities include:\n\nShowing care and concern for our residents through excellence in service ticket resolution and preventative maintenance\nResolving maintenance issues in the area of HVAC, electrical, plumbing and appliance repair\nPreparing vacant apartments for move-in through turn-over repairs and improvements\nPreserving the beauty of the building and the safety of the community through general upkeep and cleanliness, snow removal and grounds maintenance\nProviding residents with outstanding customer service\nWorking weekends or evenings and being on call for after hour emergencies\n\nWhat You Bring to Us:\n\nExperience in building maintenance or an education in the trades\nBeginner to intermediate proficiency in HVAC, plumbing, electrical and appliance repair\nAvailability for emergency situations at the property, including an on-call rotation\nThe ability to exert 25 to 50 pounds of force frequently, and/or 10 to 20 pounds of force constantly\nPersonal, reliable transportation to get to work and to respond to on-call emergencies\nExcellent communication skills both written and verbal\nA sharp professional appearance\nBasic computer skills and comfort using various software, apps and computer programs\nA service mentality and a thirst for learning\n\nThis position is eligible for additional bonus opportunities.Salary Range$54,080—$56,160 USDWhen you join Bozzuto, you're not just accepting a job; you are becoming part of a community that cares about your overall well-being and professional growth.
