Test Engineer I

Overview As a Test Engineer in Textron Systems’ Sea Systems, you will help advance unmanned surface vehicle technology by designing and executing tests for hardware, software, and systems. You’ll work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality and reliability across development stages, from planning to field validation. You’ll contribute to disruptive autonomy initiatives that enhance mission capabilities, collaborating with engineers, program managers, and customers. This role offers hands-on testing, integration, and validation within a fast-paced defense-focused environment.
