Position SummaryThe Multimedia Designer will support the External Communications team in developing high-quality visual, digital, and multimedia content to strengthen the agency’s public communication and brand presence. This includes graphic design, social media content planning, web updates, and on-site multimedia production. 4. Key ResponsibilitiesA. Design & BrandingCreate brand-aligned graphics and visual assets for social media and digital platforms Use Adobe Creative Suite to develop professional-quality design materials B. Content CoordinationDevelop and maintain a proactive social media content calendar Support distribution of external digital communications C. Web MaintenanceUpdate website content using Drupal CMS Ensure accuracy, accessibility, and consistency of digital assets D. Multimedia ProductionCapture on-site photography and videography for agency events Perform basic editing and optimization for web and social platforms E. Quality ControlApply typography, layout, and color theory principles Maintain consistent and professional visual branding across all channels 5. Required Skills & Experience1–3 years of experience in graphic design, digital media, or related field Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) Experience in photography and videography, including basic editing Experience with CMS platforms (preferably Drupal) for web updates Experience managing social media content calendars Strong understanding of design fundamentals (typography, color, layout)
